Couldn’t open the Zinc video. Just bought your Sundiet book and waiting to get your superfoods book (backordered). I’m incorporating lots more raw food daily into my diet and initially felt rather crabby and crappy lol. I think I was detoxing. Does that sound correct or did my week just suck? Love all your updates so far by the way. I find you very inspiring. Thanks for doing all this.
