hi,
Over the past few months ive found myself becoming more and more agressive towards people and other situations and im not sure why! i never used to be an aggressive person and i noticed i was becoming more aggressive around two months ago.
i am a regular gym goer and im into body-building, i dont know whether it is the gym thats been having this aggressive effect on my as all of my friends who go seem to be the same, and dont appear to be aggressive at all!
please help,

I’m 15 and I had the exsact same thing i get angry and upset when i eat chocolate however if i’m in a friendly happy situation like i’m out with my friends it won’t have an effect but the minute i’m put in a stressful controlled family situation for example i can control myself. I first realised chocolate was the problem when my friend challenged me to give it up for lent. I noticed i was so much happier and calmer the whole time. I would love to be able to be like that all the time but i love chocolate too much!!!

for those of us who cannot control anger, i think that anger management should be a reuirement to have a quality life
