		<description>Good info on the oils and good mention about rice bran oil. Rice Oil is also good for baking because it has a neutral flavor however, it is best for high temperature cooking. Rice Oil also lowers cholesterol because it has more overall vitamin E than olive oil.</description>

		<description>Olive oil is best used at low temp as its chains break up at hi temp and become toxic. Actually Coconut oil is a good hi temp oil while Olive oil is best used as a salad dressing. Good info all around though and we need to get the word out to more folks, more of the time.</description>
