Hi when I was at school we were taught that as soon as a fruit or veg is cut the emzymes are released and start to break down the vitamin content of the fruit/veg
So surely if this is so none of the prepared fruit/veg is of nutritional value including the frozen meals ( although “Birds Eye peas are frozen as they are picked so I hope they are OK)

I called Tropicana and nothing is added or taken away from the product. The store it for up to 2 days then ship with a self live of 70 days – kept cold.

I think, it’s better to spend a little bit of money, buy your own orange juicer. Save money and get fresh juice every day.

The general rule for juices is juice the fruit yourself or buy a highly perishable locally produced juice at your farmers market and drink it immediately. If its not (hours old) fresh, the active enzyme content is most likely minimal to naught. This turns the drink into a nice tasting sugar drink of which there are thousands to chose from in your local supermarket.
