The Power to Put You in the Mood

2014-01-07 15:56 | Gabrielle Brick

One of my favorite root vegetables, that’s right a root vegetable, has the power to put you “in the mood.” It has the power to lift depression, fire up the libido (or chill it out), give sustainable energy, and regulate the endocrine system. Curious?? Those are powerful statements. I know many people looking for all of the above. […]

Why I believe Organic is Wrong

2013-10-07 16:16 | James Bargeron

I remember when I was a kid, my mother would go to the local greengrocer two to three times a week to get fresh fruits and vegetables. When we wanted bread, it was a quick visit to the baker and the same for chicken at the butcher. There wasn’t a supermarket on every corner selling […]

How to Make Your Own Aromatherapy Blends for Healing and Balance

2013-09-23 07:39 | Esse Johnson

I so enjoy aromatherapy. Not only is this healing art powerfully rejuvenating and restorative but it’s utterly delicious. Aromatherapy imparts aromatic compounds into the body, and even through the gentlest inhalation the bloodstream is permeated. The plant essences used in aromatherapy have antibiotic, antibacterial qualities, making them potent protectors against infections and disease. They can […]

About Us

Thanks for visiting our site and taking your wellness seriously. Before we tell you about ourselves, let's explore what the BUZZ is all about...

The funny thing about societal movements or cultural shifts is that they often don’t happen all at once. They begin when an idea is formed and if it’s a good idea, it spreads. As it spreads it creates a “Buzz.” People begin talking about it, adding their own ideas, testing it, sharing it and creating momentum that can change the world.

The best ideas resonate within us, increase our vibration and align with what we know is true. This creates a buzz within each of us. And when we feel that, we want to share it with those we love, right?

The reason we created BeWellBuzz.com is to be a catalyst in creating and spreading the Buzz, dispelling dangerous myths, society norms and enlightening people that maybe there are better methods for them to live and be well.

But it’s people like you who are really responsible for the Buzz. Educating yourself is the first step, taking action and realizing your truth is the second. But the third step is when you spread the word and create the Buzz. That’s when change happens. Not just for you, but for all of us.

That’s why we’d like to thank you in advance for not only visiting and arming yourslef with great information but also sharing it with family and friends.

As with any advice on health, life or anything, put it to the test for yourself. If it doesn’t sound right, research it, try it or seek guidance. If it works for you and lets you live well, do it. Enlighten others, but don’t force your methods on them. Give them the tools to decide for themselves and let them choose, just as you did.

Together we are making a difference.

Namaste,
Larry & Oksana
