The 7 Secrets to a HAPPIER Life and How to Create a Formula for it

happier life

How would you like a proven scientific formula that guarantees to guide your life to be the happiest and most fulfilled it can be?

What if every time you felt down or sad, all you needed to do was go back to this formula and assess which section or sections you needed to improve on and all would be well again?

Wouldn’t that be a formula worth having? You would have total control of your own life and no need to seek professional help when your life is not going the way you would like.

What if I told you there were only seven secrets that you need to concentrate on to achieve this and that you need to invest about two hours a week on each secret?

Would you think this is achievable? I will answer that for you: The answer is a resounding “Yes!”

Let’s say you are unhappy and you decide to make plans and goals in a particular area so you can feel satisfied and happy again. All you have to do is measure on a scale of one to ten, with one being the worst and ten being the best, what this area feels like to you at this moment.

If one area is a seven then you move to the next area. If one area is a three or four then you probably would need to find ways to improve it. There you have it. Your decision already is made for you.

If your career or job is making you unhappy (which would be a low number), you would need to focus your time on searching for a more suitable job and be persistent until you have one.

Or maybe you have found you have not spent any time with your friends lately because you have been too busy with life. Make some calls to your friends and spend some time with them. You may even find that you have no friends. If that’s the case, then go out and find ways to meet new friends until you feel happy again.

All you have to do is use this formula in the other five secret areas — Love, Family, Health, Contribution and Self — and you are on your way to a happier life.

I found that the unhappier you are, the more areas in your life are out of balance.

For instance, if I am feeling a little bit down, then probably only one area needs work. If I am feeling depressed then it will be three areas or more.

If I make a decision and I find it increases two to four areas at the same time, then I am certain it is a wise decision. There is no procrastination as to whether I should do it or not. I just do it. Always, the outcome is just as I had hoped for.

At one time in my life I was living out of my state for ten years. Since I grew up in Melbourne and most of my friends and family were living there,

I was travelling back and forth between states to see them and telephoning long distance to speak with them. It’s funny, sometimes, when people ask you why you did the things you did and all you can say is that it felt good at the time.

Well, I believe it’s your intuition talking to you. Over the years I have learned to listen whenever my intuition is speaking to me and almost always it is correct.

I was just reading in my lounge room one day and the thought came over me that I should move back to Melbourne. The more I thought about it, the happier I felt. The problem was that there was no logical reason to make the move as I was completely happy where I was.

However, my “family” area, which was always important to me, was lacking and had been for years. But because it was only one area of my life, it was not an extremely painful feeling; I had most of the others on a high. As I was not in a relationship at the time, I started to ponder the advantages and disadvantages of moving to back to Melbourne.

It did not take me long to realize that if I made the decision to move, and if I planned it carefully, I would have most of the areas in my life on a high.

I would have nothing to lose except maybe having to find new friends and trying to catch up with old ones. I envisioned that I could always travel back to the other state and visit my existing friends whenever I wanted to. It was such an easy decision for me to make, because I would increase a few areas with only just one decision.

I have found that if you are trying to determine if a decision is a good one or not, just work out how many areas will increase and how many will decrease. If the decreasing areas are greater than the increasing areas then you know that it will more than likely be a bad move for you.

As I was a person who tended to make decisions very slowly, and change my mind quickly, I found it was such a relief to be able to do the reverse.

I have read that very successful people make decisions quickly, changing their minds slowly, and it is my experience that this is true.

As it turned out, I found new friends, attracted new friends and re-connected with old friends, met the most wonderful woman on the planet and can now see my family whenever I want. I have a job that I really enjoy, my life is very happily balanced and I look forward to improving all areas every day.

In this way, you feel like you are in total control of your life and realize that it is the decisions you make today that give you the experience in life of your tomorrows.

So, if you do not like the results you are getting now then it is time to change the way you make and process your decisions so that you can refrain from getting unwanted results.

Use this formula wisely and it will work for you as it has worked for me.

Have you ever experienced a time when you were in a situation where you wanted to do or say something and you knew it did not feel right but you did it anyway? Then it ended up in the long term, being a catastrophe or a horrible outcome.

Did you find you were saying to yourself, “I knew I should not have done this or said that?” I can assure you that I have had many of those moments in the past.

Minimize your chances of this happening again. Empower yourself. Utilize this formula. You will not be disappointed.
