Hi Sue, you could always incorporate them into recipes such as this one that I personally love –
RAW ALMOND CINNAMON BALLS: 1 cup raw almonds, 1/2 cup pitted dates, 4 tbspns raw carob powder, 2 tbspns goji berries, 1/2 tspn cinnamon, 1/4 tspn vanilla, 1/4 cup purified water
In a food processor, mix all ingredients except the water. Slowly add the water while blending the ingredients together until soft and sticky. Form into balls and roll in dessicated coconut.
Otherwise I also soak a tblspn of goji berries for an hour and add to my smoothy in the morning.

I believe Ultimate superfoods have the best ones. They distribute goji berries to Whole Foods and bunch of other health stores so you can find it there too.
Just make sure that they are raw and organic when you buy them.
