The funny thing about societal movements or cultural shifts is that they often don’t happen all at once. They begin when an idea is formed and if it’s a good idea, it spreads. As it spreads it creates a “Buzz.” People begin talking about it, adding their own ideas, testing it, sharing it and creating momentum that can change the world.

The best ideas resonate within us, increase our vibration and align with what we know is true. This creates a buzz within each of us. And when we feel that, we want to share it with those we love, right?

The reason we created BeWellBuzz.com is to be a catalyst in creating and spreading the Buzz, dispelling dangerous myths, society norms and enlightening people that maybe there are better methods for them to live and be well.

But it’s people like you who are really responsible for the Buzz. Educating yourself is the first step, taking action and realizing your truth is the second. But the third step is when you spread the word and create the Buzz. That’s when change happens. Not just for you, but for all of us.

That’s why we’d like to thank you in advance for not only visiting and arming yourslef with great information but also sharing it with family and friends.
