Ormus, often referred to as ORME (Orbitally Rearranged Monatomic Element or M-state element), is made from water and other substances and is also known as monoatomic gold, white gold, white powder gold, M-state, AuM, micro clusters, and manna.

In some quarters, Ormus is called the Philosopher's Stone. Due to their peculiar features, ORMEs have been a favorite among alternative medicine supporters and alchemists around the world. There are many myths associated with Ormus, with many believing it to be a magical element.

ORMEs have the same number of protons and electrons as their mineral counterparts that are found on the Periodic Table of elements. These are chemically identified as a separate class of substances, as is the case with halogens. They, however, have separate placements on the two-dimensional Periodic Table. Such elements are similar to silicon-type, ceramic powdery substances that appear to be isolated forming micro-cluster bits of atomic materials.

ORMEs appear to be closer to ether (a classical element) or vacuum or pure energy. The most interesting feature of Ormus is that it is able to switch from being one metal to another at different temperatures.

This observation was first made by Albert Einstein and Satyendra Nath Bose in the 1920s, due to which is it now known as the Bose-Einstein Condensate (BEC). This was later confirmed in 1995 by Eric Cornell and Carl Wieman in a laboratory. The greatest contribution, however, came from David Hudson, a farmer in Arizona who noticed some peculiar features in these strange materials. He spent millions of dollars studying these elements and later patented his process of obtaining and identifying ORMEs.

Ormus is believed to be a precious metal element in a different atomic state. Gold, silver, platinum, iridium, osmium, palladium, mercury, rhodium, ruthenium, copper, nickel, and cobalt were identified by Davidson as Ormus elements. He also stated that all these metals were available in abundance in their Ormus form as compared to their actual states.

David Hudson added that Ormus could be found in the air, soil, plants, stones, and the sea. Ormus elements are embedded into the DNA structure of plants and animals and are thought to be an integral part of our skin, nails, hair, blood, brain, and all the organs of our body.

Since Ormus elements have the same number of protons and electrons as their mineral counterparts, it is very difficult to distinguish between the two categories. The only difference lies in how these elements spin. Ormus elements are known to respond to the magnetic forces of attraction and repulsion. They are superconductors at room temperature and exhibit other quantum physical behaviors on a visible scale.

ORMEs are also known to exhibit the quantum physical behaviors of super fluidity, anomalous responses to gravity, Josephson tunneling, and magnetic levitation.

Health Benefits of Ormus

Ormus elements are believed to be the life-giving elements found in all living being. They have been one of the best curative sources in alternate medicine as they are believed to rectify many ailments with almost magical powers. Many alternative medicine practitioners state that since our body is made up of these very elements, ORMEs make for natural, holistic healing devices. Since they aren't made of any synthetic elements, they hardly have any side effects as compared to conventional drugs.

A lot of plants or foods like almonds, aloe vera, apricot kernels, garlic, royal jelly, sheep sorrel, and white pine bark are said to be rich in ORMEs. The holistic benefits of Ormus are many, with a few of them being:

ORMEs are believed to restore original DNA structure, possibly even assisting in its evolution. This property speeds up the healing process in case of any injury. It also prevents foreign matter from spreading and causing further complications in the body.

Ormus is a super nutrient which also reduces the need for consuming large qualities of food.

Aging is a natural process which cannot be reversed, but Ormus can help in decelerating the aging cycle and curbing its onset. For example, greying hair, wrinkled skin, and other common signs of aging can be slowed down. Ormus also helps in keeping the brain active and boosts memory even in old age.

ORMEs change our energy field into a super conductor, which helps in generating energy from within. You will notice a tremendous change in your body if you use this alternative form of medicine. Ormus also betters your state of mind and boosts activity levels.

Ormus acts as a powerful cleansing agent and can rid your body of all the harmful toxins that are present within. This helps in preventing many dangerous ailments from surfacing in your system.

In the first part of this series, we learned what superfoods are and how they can make a difference to our lives. We discovered that superfoods do not possess just a single nutrient, but many. They offer us many benefits at the same time so in effect you get more nutrition with lesser amount of food that you eat.

Part 1 also explained why we should eat superfoods. They are rich in nutrients and work wonders in keeping your mind and body healthy. They help you flush out toxins more frequently and leave you with a healthy glow. They help in maintaining your weight and you can continue to remain healthy without having to take annoying vitamins or mineral tablets.

In this part of our series, we will learn about 6 superfoods that can make a remarkable change in your life.

5. Spirulina – Spirulina is a specific type of blue green algae that has been around from a long time. This amazing superfood is rich in proteins, and it has become quite popular as a nutrition supplement. Spirulina is classified among algae but to be truthful, it lies between the plant and animal kingdom because of its cell structure and metabolic functions that make it a step above regular plants but not quite in the animal kingdom yet.

So, what are the health benefits of this amazing superfood and how can it help you? Let’s have a look…

Spirulina –

Contains plenty of vitamin A, E, B complex and C.

Is a rich source of minerals like calcium, magnesium and iron.

Has plenty of antioxidants that help in getting rid of free radicals to keep you young and healthy; these antioxidants are also known to help in fighting cancer

Has a unique blue green color that is pretty much one of the reasons why this superfood is a cancer fighter.

Helps in building protein, which is even better than soy.

Is rich in GLA or Gamma Linolenic Acid. GLA is an essential fatty acid that helps in keeping the heart healthy; people have also found it to be useful in controlling weight and PMS problems.

Helps digestion and it also diffuses the appetite so that you don’t feel that hungry.

Contains beta carotene in a form that is even more potent than what is found in carrots.

Contains lutein, which is really important for the eyes.

Contains phytonutrients such as polysaccharides, sulfolipids and calcium spirulan which are rather unusual but offer lots of health benefits.

Helps in making people feel energetic because it balances the immune system and helps your body heal and absorb necessary nutrients.

Helps in detoxifying our bodies, especially where heavy metals like mercury and dioxin are in excess.

Research is still on to figure out the long-term benefits of Spirulina. Spirulina is easy to obtain although you must be careful to buy pure forms, because impure varieties are easier to get but just as harmful.

Spirulina is available in tablets or powder form, and the latter could well be added to your milkshakes and smoothies to make them more healthy and nutritious.

6. Blue green algae – Algae are one of the oldest forms of life on earth and blue green algae are certainly one of the oldest. These simple plants have a bad reputation because they are often responsible for water blooms that clog lakes and cause harm to marine life. However, blue green algae have their uses as well and even have plenty of benefits. In fact, recent studies have concluded that blue green algae like Spirulina are actually a powerful superfood with chockfull of nutrients and goodness.

Blue green algae –

Are rich in antioxidants that are essential to fight free radicals that cause disease and ageing.

Are known to relax blood vessels and lower the lipid content of blood.

Help people who want to control their weight or lose weight faster. It’s worth noting that blue greens have plenty of nutrients but very little calories, which make it such an ideal superfood.

Help in lowering the blood pressure.

Contain a high amount of protein and help in keeping blood sugar levels in control. Also helpful in cleansing the body so people who are fasting can take it without any qualms.

Acai is the latest greatest thing in natural health, sharing a long tradition of superfoods with mangosteen, pomegranate, and vitamin E, and, if you go back far enough, kelp, cod liver oil, and even lard. But are the purported acai berry health benefits real?

If you are a lab rat or a fruit fly, you can be assured that acai berry have scientifically proven health benefits for you. One study found that acai berry extract helps fruit flies live longer on a high-fat diet. For fruit flies that live in the dumpster behind McDonald's who can buzz over to the dumpster behind the local juice bar, this is great news.

Another study found that a diet that derives 5 per cent of calories from acai berry protects against N-nitrosomethylbenzylamine-induced esophageal cancer in lab rats. (The same study found that strawberries, wolfberries, blueberries, and blackberries work equally well.) And yet another study has found that frozen acai berry pulp slows damage in aging rat brains. If you are an elderly lab rat with a drinking problem, acai is clearly for you.

But what about humans? Is there any real proof of acai berry health benefits for humans?

In a word, no. Acai berry juice tastes great. It is sustainably harvested with sensitivity to the environment and with respect for the people who gather it. More people like a little acai in their juice than like a lot, but it's great way to add variety to healthy beverages.

The thing is, acai isn't a scientifically proven superfood. And it's not a diet food. To quote the world's most famous promoter of acai berry, Chris Kilham (who introduced me to acai berry about 10 years ago): "Just a quick word about the acai diets that everybody has been spammed over. Useless. Acai is not a diet miracle. It is a wonderful, amazing-tasting, highly beneficial fruit that gives you energy and makes you feel good. But don't be bilked by companies that want you to believe it's the key to slimming. It isn't."

Buy acai berry. It's a great-tasting fruit, and every purchase you make helps struggling native peoples earn a living honestly and honorably while preserving the Amazon rainforest. Be careful about getting the juice on your clothes or countertops, because the stain is hard to get out. Just be aware that the astonishing antioxidant power of acai berry is balanced by the fact that most acai berry products contain only about 5% acai berry juice.

For amazing health benefits, choose the right combination of foods, herbs, and nutritional supplements. Never rely on a single product, no matter how miraculous it may seem to be.
