hola saludos estuve levantando pesado en la juventud 15 años tal vez haria repeticiones mas seguidas pero una lesion me prohibio seguir desarrollando en sistema de la espalda pero continuare con peso liguero saludos un sobrino levanta ahora y se nutre es bueno ser algo dinamico gracias por sus consejos

High carbs and fatty food is responsible for any body’s big tummy.
If you are serious, then do the following, which I did and it worked with me like a magic:
Cut the quantity of rice, potato, bread, and other high carb foods into one quarter of what you are taking now. take whole meal bread instead of white bread. In addition, stop taking sugar completely. Very little sweets occasionally; like a piece of chocolate is ok.
Stop all fried foods completely. No junk food, french fries etc.. I stopped using cooking oil except a little sprayed for Egg Omlet, and that is once or twice a moth. All my cooking is done without the oil part.
Eat lean beef; very little of it; like two small cubes, just for taste. Instead, eat more roasted skinless chicken breast and fish.
Eat green salad (Cucumber, Tomato, Capsicum, Carrot, Lettuce, or Spinach, or Cabbage-Red/white) with lots of olive oil and apple cider with your lunch every day. Start your meal with a big serving of that salad. Make a big and unsalted quantity of this salad and keep it in the fridge so that you can have some for a snack between meals.
You can also eat raw vegetables as snacks between meals. Choose anythink you can eat raw.
Avoid after lunch nap. and go for walks around the block for at least 15 minutes in the evening daily.
Well, I have done all the above and lost 10 Kgs only and my old friend “the tummy” in one month. I wasn’t fat, but I had a tummy. Now I don’t and I can proudly wear my 20 years old jeans.

I love most of what you have and the information that is offered freely.
So I was disappointed to find the big sell on the “super foods to fix knees”. That type of promotion, in the past, has been found to lead to some fraudlant claims. This one may not be…but it leads you on for the information and telling you how great it is and then wants to charge you $297 for it or some huge amount. This seems to be contrary to your values of information for better health for all of us.
