Thanks for chiming in, Annette. We’ll do our best to keep up the good work. All the best.
Thank you for your podcasts, Shawn! 🙂 I always enjoy listening to them because they are informative; you have a clear voice; the conversations don’t have “umms, you-knows & aahs” in them (you can’t believe how many other speakers don’t realise this); AND you always do a good summary at the end of your podcast. 🙂 A summary is very important because it lists the main points (bullet points) of a topic. Thank you again and keep up the good work!
Will you be doing podcasts on how we can strengthen our organs? I understand from TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) that certain herbs strengthen certain internal organs, reduce the heatiness or balance the chi in our body.
Peace to you and the BeWellBuzz team!.
Mic, it’s most rewarding when your approach to things is acknowledged by someone at a deeper level. Thank you for seeing behind the lines and understanding the details in helping people to TRULY receive and learn information. We definitely have it on the books to address specific organs (via TCM and Ayurveda, plus some other perspectives). Much more to come in the upcoming years, for sure! Wishing you the best! ~Shawn

Thank you for your great information.I like all of your great useful site.
Well, I used to suffer from lower back pain, and the doctors suggested me to take calcium tablets for at least a month. Surprisingly, the pain started reducing gradually, and I began performing various sorts of physical activities without any difficulty. It proves that nutritional imbalances might be one of the reasons for pain and fatigue.
