This was fantastic!! Thank you so much, Shawn. My skin is my NUMBER ONE problem (or outward expression of much deeper health problems) This information is invaluable! Some I knew, some I didn’t–but just hearing it gives me a renewed determination to get healthy!! I have three pages of notes. 😉 Keep this great information coming!
Thank you, Bridget, truly… If I can share just one thing that can make a difference for you, that would mean the world to me. And I promise, we have MUCH more coming!
Wonderful information, many thanks for your labor of love
Angie, your appreciation is appreciated! And you said it perfectly… my “labor of love”, and that really spoke to my heart. Thanks again, and continue taking it all in because it’s what I’m here for.
All the best!
Great stuff! Eliminating sugar and dairy are the two biggest factors in my personal skin health!
@Shawn
I’ve got a question about liver detoxification. If someone is taking supplements for liver detox, like the dandelion root or milk thistle you mentioned (or even something like Calcium D-Glucarate), and is experiencing breakouts, is this a sign of the detox working (expulsion of toxins to the skin?) and one should continue until the breakouts stop? Or is this a sign that the liver is being overwhelmed and one should potentially lower the dose or stop completely.
Thanks for all your help and keep up the great work!
Truly amazing as always shawn! It’s always great to hear the brilliant truth coming from you..thanks again for continuing to share your knowledge! Much love always 😀
This particular episode strikes near and dear. My best friend’s wife has had psoriasis a pretty strong case of it for over a decade. I have been wanting to help her out with some tips and this episode truly is a power packed load of information to equip just that very mission. I also recently caught wind of the same thing occurring within the Kardashian family! So learning healing methods on psoriasis and just skin conditions and root causes in general is a big thing. My own skin cleared up lots over the past year when I eliminated or really cut back on most things dairy, cheese, toxic soaps, toxic highly processed foods. Just reducing the attacks on my body helped it out a lot. I’ve even noticed some of those tiny rainbow glittery crystaline light refracting sparkles on the skin “aka the glow” kinda like the vampires in the twilight series have. It was fun to see that last summer and this summer, it’s seen best in the sunlight. I think cucumber, celery, coconut oil, aloe vera, natural spring water were all huge key players in that. This podcast was amazing and i’m going to share it on facebook. You’re really coming out with some incredible info and i hope some of it is in your next book! Thank you for sharing this!
WOW! Shawn, I am so excited but very overwhelmed since reading many of your articles on practicing good natural health. I have been trying for many years to live a more healthy style. I ‘ve been going through a somewhat yoyo effect because it has been quite hard for me to stay focused and afford the many things I need to keep up with it, but I am trying. I am over weight, have high cholesterol, stressed out alot, digestive problems, smoke cigarettes, etc., to name a few. I think your site is very imformative. It was a pleasure reading and listening to the podcast. Thank you for this great information! Can you pleae give me some suggestions on what I can do to start out on the right track so that I be able to stay focused.
