really learned a lot of new information with this one. the omegas ratio reminds me of chia seeds also. i’m glad you shared this in a video format because it keeps my attention, sometimes with an audio i try to multitask and start to look around the room or watch someone walk by the room, but with a video i tend to glue my eyes more to the screen and absorb more download info via reading with observation body language plus visual memory really helps when i see the dry erase board or graphics even like the viney phi thing on the bottom of the vid towards the beginning. all these little things helped a lot more. im glad i watched this and thank you for sharing the research and time that went into preparing this
Reduce the heart risk is changing the eating habit and lifestyle is the best.
We all need to avoid the saturated fat from animals and green can stay for live long.
