We strive for balance in our lives…
While we work hard and play hard, we must also find equilibrium by resting and cleansing. Our philosophies on this come from many years of searching for the highest truth for ourselves at this moment in time.
Each of us define wellness differently and we believe that wellness is a state of total well-being that includes physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. And all of those pieces have to be balanced and work harmoniously.
We have always been taught that we should eat certain foods, do certain exercises, and act in a certain way around others, but the truth of the matter is, we won’t stick with these activities if we don’t enjoy them. Wellness is about feeding your mind, body and soul with things that you enjoy.
Balance and moderation are the key to everything. Life is moving at 100 miles per hour so we must constantly calibrate to our needs (mental, emotional, spiritual and physical) at any given time.
It is about connecting the mind, body and spirit, appreciating every moment, and living life to the fullest.
What is your definition of wellness? How do you balance all areas of your life?
